The main goal was to achieve mobility and independence for the patient. Significant improvements were observed in reducing spasticity, increasing range of motion, enabling independent stair climbing, improved balance, functional abilities, and bladder control. After regular Occupational therapy, there is improvement his ADL status. Now he can hold objects, shoulder joint movement is improving. During his therapy sessions, he perform balance and coordination activities like- finger ladder, pegboards, multipurpose activities, semicircular sanding. As a result, the patient was able to climb stairs independently, balance without support, perform functional activities, and regain mild control over bladder movements.
