Dr. Christine Lefaivre, Senior Occupational Therapist, President Rainbow Rehabilitation,Clinical Assistant Professor, Occupational Sciences & Occupational Therapy, University of British Columbia Vancouver Campus and Ms. Wendy Bodsworth special educator from Canada visited IHIF Delhi & Jodhpur Rehab Centres as Volunteer from 08 Feb to 11 Feb 2017 and shared their various methodologies and experiences with IHIF Members, students from Jamia Hamard University, Delhi, and Members of Rajdadisa Hospital & Marwar Chapter of Physiotherapy, Jodhpur.
They consulted head injury patients, interacted with care givers and gave valuable rehab guidelines and guided them accordingly deal with head injury patients at home.
Exposed the students and other members with the “RAINBOW Therapy” on traumatic brain Injury”. About 160 Members/students in Delhi and 56 in Jodhpur got the chance to learn about “The Lefaivre Rainbow Effect” and how to be implemented on TBI patients.
At the end of healthy discussions took place between Rehab therapist and Dr. Christine. The session was very informative for all the rehab therapists.
She was very much happy and inspired by seeing the dedication of rehab team
IHIF Jodhpur & Delhi towards the patients and their progress.
