Success Case Study 1- Diagnosis :– Post fracture stiffness with radial nerve injury.
Ms Suman, 45year female working as a house maid came with complaints of stiffness and swelling in right forearm, unable to use her hand functionally, unable to perform her activities of daily living (ADL).On examination it was found that she had wrist drop with loss of right hand functions (both gross and fine motor functions), dependent ADL with right hand. She underwent both OT and PT treatment for 5 months. All her range of motion of right upper extremity has increased.She has gained all of her hand functions, both gross and fine motor functions.She is now able to perform her ADL.
