Success Case Study 2- DIAGNOSIS- Cerebral Palsy.
Master Parth,2.5 years old boy was unable to stand and walk independently. On Examination it was found that there was increased muscle tone of lower limbs, increased adductor, tendoachilis, and hamstring tightness.Maximum Functional ability was sitting, rolling and quadruped position. He underwent 8 months of rehabilitation. Now the child is able to do crawling, kneeling, able to supine to sit, stand without support for more than 1 min and to walk with the help of support.
